David T. Hardgrave graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1977, and has provided professional engineering (P.E.) services in Oklahoma since 1985. David retired from the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ) in 2010 to form his own business, David T. Hardgrave, LLC, which has expanded to include his son and form Hardgrave Environmental Management, LLC (HEM).
David’s son, Joey Hardgrave, also graduated from OU with a degree in Environmental Science. Joey interned at ODEQ’s Air Quality Division for 3 years. He then worked for a nationally respected environmental consulting company for 8 years before forming HEM. Joey has extensive experience in Federal and State environmental compliance and regulations, and years of experience working with various industries in Oklahoma.
HEM is a local, family owned business that has a combined 45+ years of experience of environmental services in Oklahoma and the U.S.
